How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by size. Our 8oz candles burn for approximately 45+ hours, while our 4oz candles burn for 20-25 hours when cared for properly.

Are your candles made with natural wax?

Yes, our candles are crafted with premium, clean-burning wax blends - made up of soy and bees wax, that are designed for optimal scent throw and a long, even burn.

How long does the scent last in wax melts?

Each wax melt heart provides 6-8 hours of fragrance. You'll typically get 8-12 hours of total use before the scent oils are depleted and the wax needs replacing.

Can I mix different wax melt scents together?

Absolutely! Experiment with complementary fragrances to create your own signature blend. We recommend starting with scents from the same fragrance family.

Are your products safe for pets?

Our candles and wax melts are made with premium fragrance oils. As with any scented product, ensure proper ventilation and keep burning candles out of reach of pets. If your pet has sensitivities, consult your veterinarian.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the UAE. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within the UAE usually takes 2-4 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Many of our products come beautifully packaged and gift-ready. Check individual product pages for details, or contact us for custom gift options.

Can I track my order?

We are working on it! We work with a small local business that couriers our products right to your door step, they currently do not offer tracking. Drop us a message and we can let you know when it will be delivered. 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and process your refund or exchange promptly. 

Care & Usage

Why is my candle tunneling?

Tunneling occurs when the candle isn't burned long enough to create a full melt pool. Always burn your candle until the wax melts to the edges, especially on the first burn. See our Candle Care Guide for more tips.

How do I clean wax out of my burner?

There are several methods: absorb soft wax with a cotton ball, pop out hardened wax, or freeze the burner for 10 minutes to make removal easy. See our Wax Melts Guide for detailed instructions.

How often should I trim my candle wick?

Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every burn. This ensures a clean flame and prevents smoking or soot buildup.
