Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email orders@dreamcandleae.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items if the replacement is in stock. Please specify your preferred exchange item when contacting us.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. No restocking fees apply.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
